Refund policy
At Altair, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return:
- Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of purchasing to initiate a return.
- Item Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Return Process:
- Initiate: Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items
- Shipping: Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.
- Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages and issues
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The only requirement is proof of the damaged or defective product in the form of a high-quality image or video.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellations:
- Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for canceled orders. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
